The position was GREAT, in the city center, 5 minutes from the station. The breakfast was huge! And me as a vegan I have appreciate vegans options like: vegan butter, cheese and ham. THANKS.

We were in Kalmar for the IronMan competition and the hotel was ideally placed for all aspects of the race. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was more than adequate. The room was clean and the small additions, such as the chocolate on the beds, were welcome and generous. We could easily compare this facility with the Best Western Plus Copenhagen Airport that we stayed in on either side of our stay in Kalmar, and this facility in Kalmarwas better by far in every category.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything within 5-10 minute walk and yet away from too much hustle and bustle. The rooms were clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was exceptional, a very good selection.

All the staff we encountered - front desk, breakfast room personnel and even our room maid were so friendly and giving great customer service. Room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was the most luxurious we have encountered in 30 years of travelling as a couple - fantastic selection! Thank you!

Well-located, comfortable chain hotel in the centre of Kalmar, a few minutes' walk from the station. Our room was simple but comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and there is free coffee and fika available in reception. Reasonable value for money with breakfast included.

Central location, polite staff, clean room, big bathroom, very nice breakfast buffet, fridge in the room, big TV. In general the hotel is value for money and would get back there.

Everything about our stay at this hotel was perfect for our needs. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was varied and good, and the room was well sized with a nice view over the street. The location was also perfect for exploring the sites we were interested in. We loved our stay here and recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Perfect location for the Ironman race, close to transition and the start, not the closest, but actually it was good to be slightly away from the hubbub. Good breakfast, no dinner but so many good options within a few metres of the hotel.

Arrived early, but had immediate access to our room. A load or two of washing can be done at the hotel for a very reasonable 100 SEK per load. Dry folded washing returned the same day. Very convenient location, within easy walking distance of railway station, restaurants, and old city gate, and not too far from the castle.
